With more than 18 years of zoning, land-use and development planning experience in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, in both the private and public sectors, Kathryn provides invaluable expertise to navigate the land development process, from site evaluation and due diligence through project completion. As a planner, GIS analyst, zoning coordinator, project manager and Realtor®, Kathryn offers commercial and residential property owners and developers a full range of services, at all phases of construction, from planning to completion. Kathryn holds an M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and a B.A. from the University of Florida.
