Karly Trane is a true South Floridian. She was born and raised in Miami and is passionate about her city and everything it has to offer.

Having attained an A.S. degree in Legal Assisting and working as a Real Estate Paralegal for 10 years, she has extensive knowledge in the closing process. She has experience preparing and reviewing contracts, processing title examinations and preparing title policies. She’s closed over 2,000 transactions (condo conversions, single family homes, and several commercial deals) as a Paralegal. This background has helped her gain confidence in the Real Estate world and it only felt natural for her to take the next step in becoming a Realtor.

She has worked with buyers, sellers, and renters from Miami-Dade to Broward County. Her goal is her client’s happiness and knowing the client is at ease throughout their real estate transaction. A client’s trust is of utmost importance. It’s not just about a smooth transaction, but about gaining a lifelong client in the process.
