Rita started her Real Estate career in 2001 as a real estate assistant to a top producer and immediately found real estate to be her true passion. 

Hired by Coldwell Banker Residential, she focused on the development of her career and took full advantage of the education and training offered by CB. She educated herself on the relevant elements of a real estate transaction, and started studying the local market daily. Today, Rita knows how to handle and coordinate every single detail of a real estate transaction and she dedicates a lot of her time to research and analysis of information.
