Originally from Colombia, Nina Oksemberg knows how enticing South Florida is for people from around the world. Growing up, she regularly traveled to Aventura and she has seen the area evolve into the metropolis it is today. She believes that South Florida has become such an amazing international hub by attracting people from all over the world with its unique Latin flare, multicultural environment, beautiful beaches, and a happy atmosphere. 

For much of her career before real estate, Nina was involved in corporate marketing for financial institutions and early-Internet companies. Her strong communications background has equipped her with the skills to develop and execute large marketing campaigns and assist her clients with their local marketing needs as well. She is 100% customer service-oriented, and will always go the extra mile for her clients. She finds that by exceeding expectations, she can help her clients not only achieve their goals but also assist with any additional needs they may have in the community. Nina enjoys providing a personal touch and building solid relationships with her clients through honesty and hard work. Her area of expertise is Aventura and areas surrounding from Sunny Isles to Hollywood. 

In her spare time, Nina enjoys reading books, traveling, and volunteering with different organizations in her community. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad del Norte in Colombia, and a Masters of International Management from Thunderbird in Arizona. Nina is bilingual in Spanish and English. She lives in Aventura with her family.
